CSC Empowerment Day

Our mission is simple, involve more people into sports and above all, CSC Community. Sports are life and we love that life.

Empowerment, the process of becoming stronger and more confident, especially in controlling one's life and claiming one's rights. 

The CSC Empowerment Day will be a great opportunity for everyone to join our first community event of the year, do yoga with us, meditate, networking with one another, Q&A with a life coach and have a breakfast together. No matter your skill level, your welcome to join us for a unique experience at the beautiful location of Aelia Wellness Retreat.

Grab your families and friends and join us for an inspiring morning at a unique location and enjoy a unique blend of Pranayama and Meditation with Nina Hadjidemetriou, life coaching and Q&A with motivational speaker Christos Theodorou.  We will close our event with a healthy and delicious buffet breakfast. And who knows.... strangers may become workout buddies.
