CSC Ergathlon Event

Cyprus Sports Club Ltd and CrossFit® Limassol along with Limassol Rowing Club together we organize an erg - athlon event which consists of 3 stations, Ski, Row and Bike with 3 person teams. Spots are limited so book your spot early. Once spots are filled registration will close. 

This event is OPEN to ALL people of Cyprus.

How it will work:

Three people working at the same time / change erg whenever you want, till you complete the task.

For time:

3 Men: 5km Row, 5km Ski, 10km Bike erg

OR

3 Women: 4km, 4km, 8km

OR

2 Men, 1 Woman: 4.6km, 4.6km, 9.2km

OR

2 Women,1 man: 4.3km,4.3km,8.6km

*Time cap is the same for all. 

Registration:

Team Captain should sign up the entire team from CSC website using the form provided. 

Divisions:

• Same Sex (Male)
• Same Sex ( Female)
• Mixed team ( 2 men, 1 woman)
• Mixed Team ( 2 women, 1 man)

House rules:

• Be kind and be a good competitors with others and with the stuff that will be on side.
• Work with the stuff for smooth roll out of the event. 
• Any questions during the event ask the stuff.

KEY THINGS TO REMEMBER

• Please be on time.
• Personal bags and belonging s should be kept with you at your working space.
• Grab a team photo with the on side photographer.
• Complete online waivers.
• Spectators are welcome free of charge.
• Have a good time and remember why we are doing it.
• Don't forget to hang around when you are finish and meet other athletes and spectators.
