Beyond upper body strength, pole dancing gives you strong core muscles. Your stomach muscles, abs and lower back muscles are all used to perform moves where you need to climb, lift your legs or hold their weight. POLE EXOTIC The more sensual category, since the dancer can wear high heels as well as clothes which are more revealing. Also, choreographies are not strict and more stress is put on flexibility. AERIAL SILKS Silks exercises help improve your core, arms, legs and grip. Many traditional exercises neglect focus on true upper body strength. Aerial silks classes provide a great workout that will strengthen muscles that might be difficult to focus on in traditional workouts. AERIAL HOOP Aerial Hoop is a full body workout. You will build strength in your arms, shoulders and upper body, and it's a fantastic way to strengthen your core. You should also see improvements in your flexibility, balance and coordination as you slowly begin to contort your body to new poses. BOOTY DANCE Twerking is a type of sexy dance move, in which you squat and thrusts your hips. It can also been referred to as "booty shaking", and the word was derived from merging the terms "twist" and "jerk". CSC Advanced - Members can visit Brilliant's Pole Dance Fitness Studio 4(four) times a month as part of their monthly membership. CSC Unlimited Members can visit Brilliant's Pole Dance Fitness Studio 8(eight) times a month as part of their monthly membership. *Mix and match classes are allowed but not in the same day. You have the option to cancel up to 4hs at most locations and up to 12hs for special locations before the start of your session. This varies by location.
