Gyma Ltd Community Guidelines

Gyma Ltd mission is to enrich and transform the lives of our people in Cyprus and Greece. Building a positive, safe, and inclusive Gyma.fit community, as well as a foundation of trust grounded in consistent expectations, is absolutely fundamental to our company. We have developed these guidelines to help foster this environment and they apply to everyone who uses any of our services or apps, including families, parents, learners, instructors, activity providers, and partners. We do reserve the right to remove postings or ban users & partners who violate our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use, so please take a moment to read them and thank you for joining us to support and safeguard our community.

 

 

Guidelines for Everyone

Safety

Gyma is designed with safety, both online and offline, in mind. We’re hard at work every day to help create safer experiences for everyone. No bullying, harassment, hate speech, discriminatory behavior, hazardous situations, misconduct, threats, or harm through words or physical actions is ever permitted in our community. We want every experience to be safe for everyone, and encourage everyone to do their part in speaking up with feedback and honest ratings and reviews.

Authenticity

 

With a community based on trust, authenticity is essential and requires a balance of accurate information, shared expectations, and honest interactions. You should provide accurate and truthful details, and show up when and where you say you will. Do not mislead or misrepresent, and if you leave feedback, remember that what is most helpful is what’s truthful and factual, versus exaggerated or fabricated. Post and use only original content that you have permission to use.

Kindness

The Gyma community is as diverse, unique, and vibrant as the world around us. We aim to provide a welcoming environment and inclusive community for everyone and you should follow all applicable laws supporting nondiscrimination and not treat others differently because of their race, ethnicity, national origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, sex, gender, gender identity, disability, or serious diseases. Respect personal differences, personal boundaries, and make sure you take others’ comfort into account. Everyone needs extra kindness and to treat each other with care, dignity, empathy, and respect to keep our community welcoming for everyone. This includes treating all members of the Gyma.fit community respectfully, including our staff.

Reliability

 

The Gyma community makes commitments based on details specific to member bookings, partner details, member details, registrations, and purchases among others. We have to be able to trust each other’s reliability whether it be timely communication, fulfilling prerequisites of an activity, providing accurate photos and details, starting/stopping/attending an activity on time, truthfully providing information, or in the expectations we set for others. Members should join classes and attend their sessions on time, be ready to participate, treat Gyma partner and other participants with respect, and keep their personal information private. Gyma parters and their staff should be professional, prepared, offer only appropriate classes/activities/topics, properly manage their classes/activities/environment to be safe and positive, and always start and end on time. Students and teachers should promptly respond to each other’s questions and requests within reason and communicate in a professional manner.
