It is Gyma's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our website. This Privacy Policy applies to www.gyma.fit (hereinafter, "us", "we", or "www..gyma.fit"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personally identifiable information you may provide us through the website. We have adopted this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") to explain what information may be collected on our website, how we use this information, and under what circumstances we may disclose the information to third parties. This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect through the website and does not apply to our collection of information from other sources. This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms and Conditions posted on our website, set forth the general rules and policies governing your use of our website. Depending on your activities when visiting our website, you may be required to agree to additional Terms and Conditions.

 

  1. Website Visitors

 

Like most website operators, Gyma collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Gyma's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Gyma's visitors use its website. From time to time, Gyma may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website. Gyma also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on http://www.gyma.fit blog posts or venue’s feedback not mandatory to provide in our system while checked – in with one of our partners. Gyma only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.

 

   2. Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Your privacy is important to us and we have taken steps to ensure that we do not collect more information from you than is necessary for us to provide you with our services and to protect your account:

  • Information including full name, profile picture, year of birth, gender, username, address, phone number and email address will be collected at the time of user registration on the site or through the Gyma application.

  • If you register as a partner with Gyma not as a customer in addition to the information mentioned above, we may also collect your identity information, tax registration number and information about your business such as the information about your business license.

  • If you contact our customer service, we may record your conversation with us message or from phone and collect additional information to verify your identity.

  • We collect your personal data until you delete your account.

   3. Customer account

When you register with gyma.fit, your name, address and the membership option you have chosen will be saved by us. Please not that a picture of you is required for identification in order to use the service. Your profile picture will be asked from our partners to be seen while check-in with them. The processing and storage of this data is necessary for the conclusion of a contract between us (Gyma) and you (customer) and its fulfillment.

We may disclose and transfer your Personal Data (name, surname and membership type) to service providers (partners) engaged by us to assist us to provide services to you.  For example, our partner in order to provide bill them, and let you access their facility need to have some type of identification of yours and we will only provide what is mentioned above.

    4. Disclosure of data

When you check in with a partner, we will send them your name and customer number for identification. The partner will also inform about the check in time, your membership type and the course or the reason you attend their venue. Partners are sports facilities, personal trainers, fitness studios, yoga studios or other sports clubs whose offer you can use through us. The processing of this data is necessary for the performance of our contract with you.

    5. Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

 

    6. Links To External Sites

Our service may contain links to external sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of every site you visit. Should we discover that the links contain changed, illegal content, we will remove the links immediately after taking notice.

 

    7. Protection of Certain Personally Identifying Information

Gyma discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Gyma's behalf or to provide services available at Gyma's website, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using Gyma's website, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. Gyma will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, Gyma discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when Gyma believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Gyma, third parties or the public at large.
If you are a registered user of http://www.gyma.fit and have supplied your email address, Gyma may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what's going on with Gyma and our services. We primarily use our website to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users.     8. Aggregated Statistics

 

Gyma may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its website. Gyma may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Gyma does not disclose your personally-identifying information.

A ‘cookie’ is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser and stored on your computer or mobile device’s hard drive. If you do not deactivate or erase the cookie, each time you use the same browser or mobile device to access the website, our web serves will be notified of your visit o the sites and in turn we may have knowledge of your visit and the pattern of your usage. The cookies will enable us to remember your information so you do not have to re-enter it every time you use the site. In addition, we use cookies to manage the security of your sites, to gather information about usage by users, to research visiting patterns and conduct interest based advertising or even send you near by venues you could visit.

Gyma.fit uses two types of cookies, first is the session cookies which are erased once you close the browser or shut down the device and second the persistent cookies, which remain even after closing the browser or shutting down the device/application and which are activated each time you visit the site. These remain on your hard drive until you erase them or they expire. How long a cookie remains on your browser depends on how long the visited website has programmed the cookie to last.

We use cookies to ensure that we give you the best experience on our website and a Gyma application. We also use cookies to show you relevant advertising. We also use feature cookies, that allow our website to remember choices you make. For example, by remembering your city, we may be able to provide you news on events taking place locally.

    10. Analytics

 

To help us improve our website by collecting and reporting information on how you use it. These cookies may be set by us where we collect information without personally identifying you. From time to time we offer user surveys and questionnaire to provides you with interesting insights, helpful tools or to understand our user base more accurately. These surveys may use cookies to remember who has already taken part in a survey or to provide you with accurate results after you change pages.

 

    11. Credit & Contact Information

The app collects payment information once you sign up with one of our memberships and your payment data is not shared with third parties. When you choose to delete your account with us your account payment information will be erase when you delete your account.

The data required for payment processing – for example your name, your account number or your credit card number, will be transmitted to payment service providers commissioned by us which we do not save this data ourselves.

 

 

    12. Activating Camera

Our Gyma mobile application requires camera access. The app requires camera access to scan the QR code at the venue so you can use their facilities. You can also use the app to take a profile picture.

If you allow the camera to be use, you will be able to scan the QR code and enter the venue. If you take a profile picture with the camera on your phone it will not be sold or given to third party.

If you withdraw the access for your mobile camera, you will not be able to enter the facility. You won't be able to upload photos from your camera to your Gyma profile either. 

You can use your camera to scan the QR code when checking in with our partners if you consent to our app’s access to the camera on your mobile phone. If you choose from the first time using the Gyma app to use the camera, that data will be saved and every time you use the app and press ‘Scan the QR code’ button it will automatically open the camera without a pop –up reminded. If you want, you can also use your camera to take a profile picture.

Members of gyma.fit (Gyma) can change their settings anytime by visiting their account on the mobile app.

    13. Location Service / Location Data

If you allow your app to access your location, we will inform of your location. We collect location data every time the app is being used or running at the background. This is done exclusively to show you offer in your area, gyms, events you can visit, other sports amenities or tell your friends that you are nearby.

When you arrive at your booking and you scan the QR code to use the facility, if you have ‘background location’ turned on, the Gyma app will from time to time, tell us about your device location even if you are not directly interacting with the application.

Location data in only collected when the app is being used. We don’t share your data with third parties, expect your Name, Surname and Membership type with our partners to let them know who checked in at the facility.

Every time you are going to check in at a venue, a pop – up remind will prompt to remind you that we are collecting data at that moment.

We collect IP address, location, email, name, login details, payment info.

If you are a member of Gyma you can disable the location service when you visit your profile on the app.

  14. Privacy Policy Changes

 

Although most changes are likely to be minor, Gyma may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in Gyma's sole discretion. Gyma encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change. If our privacy policy being made you will be contacted from our team.
